Product information
Specifications, sizes and colours shown on this site are indicative. Woven and laminated products carry normal manufacturing tolerances in GSM, width and shade. Where a tolerance matters to you, confirm it in writing before the order is confirmed.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to raw material movement. An order is confirmed once the specification, quantity, price and delivery date are agreed in writing.
Samples
Samples are available before a production run. Sample shipping and applicable taxes are payable by the buyer unless stated otherwise.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for consequential loss arising from the use of a product outside the specification it was supplied against.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
