All orders are dispatched from our facility in Pooth Khurd, Delhi.
Dispatch time
Stock sizes are usually dispatched within two to three working days. Made-to-order sizes and printed sheets take about a week from the date the specification is approved. Large bulk orders are scheduled and the date is confirmed at the time of the order.
Freight
We dispatch across India by road transport. Freight is quoted separately unless the quotation says otherwise, and is confirmed before dispatch so there is no surprise at delivery.
Delivery and checking
Please check the consignment at the time of delivery and record any damage or shortage on the transporter receipt. Claims are difficult to pursue once the consignment has been accepted without remark.
Export
We supply to export markets in Asia, Australia and Central America. Write to us with the destination and quantity and we will quote accordingly.
